Now we are beyond excited to share that Fort Collins has a Refill Bar & Zero Waste Boutique in the center of Old Town. And just in time for #plasticfreeJuly! Find us at the Dandelions & Rust Mercantile in the Oak Street Plaza at 119 W. Oak Street.
